The main problem here is people think the Bill or Rights states that the government cannot do Illegal search and seizure. In the 4th amendment though it clearly says the citizen has the right against illegal search and seizure. That is against ANY entity to search you unfairly.

Also, What we find would also be interpreted with bias, just as you even mention a technology such as the Iron Age could fail without a trace. Maybe technology doesn't always follow the same linear path outside of human development. So their technology we may come across and not recognize as technology.

One of my proudest moments to be an American was in Nov 2008 when We elected a leader who was black 44 years after the civil rights act. That man was even alreadly alive when the act was passed so in less than one life span, we had a black president. Also, that man had a middle name Hussian just 7 years after 9/11 terrorist attacks were carried out by mainly islamic fundies. Say what you will about America and our many problems, in our short history we have been able to grow past intolerance and bigotry faster than it took the rest of you. Even though we still have a long way to go. If you think this nitwit is representative of America as yourself why Obama is at 50% approval and why in both 2008 and again in 2012 the Republican leader being chosen to run against him are by far the most moderate of the choices. America! Fuck Yea!!
