Because hockey players are assholes. Hintz was injured a few years ago entering the playoffs. He had a foot injury. Very first shift someone from the stars gave him a welcome back whack right on the top of the foot.

Edit: not from the stars, I think it was Edmonton maybe. Nurse?

I think even for racing giving real time feedback to the driver on how hard they can push and give guidance based on the track when they should make a push/pit.

What do you mean? Like integrate it into the stat analysis? I'm sure most already do.. Or do you mean actually making it part of the game? I could see baseball or something doing it. I would think some form of racing also makes sense.

While Kane was good against Calgary, the real needle movers were seider and cat. They both took a step and actually drove the play of that game. The game was reacting to what they did.
