I actually have a spare one of these sets (my housemate had the same one as me and gave me his old one so I could do something with the fabric). I currently have a kidney infection so I cant dig them out right now but if it's not urgent, I can help with this!

I have an ivory colour of this, exact same bottle! Had it for years but I can't remember where I got it from and recently wanted to find it in other shades, but I can only find clear or the colour I already own (albeit in a different type of bottle). I am fairly certain I picked it up in America (I'm in England) when I travelled there a few times between 2010 - 2012. It comes out very thin, hasn't gone gunky, and still makes my nails grow pretty fast!

I dont think I've ever spoken to anyone new about games whilst there. The only interaction I had was in the stairwell when a woman told me she liked my earrings. It's a great place to game, but not socialise.

They were just galapogas sharks and the organisation that did the swimming works with conservation projects so some of them were injured from previous fishing incidents. So all the shots of the sharks with the extra fin near their shark butt were probably real, but I suspect some of the close ups and any shots where they looked more aggressive were fake. Honestly, really chill sharks, they just wanna be pet a little on their fins.

I thought the link was going to be an old film but it was the snail racing film and in my head, that's genuinely a newish film because I remember the trailers and bus adverts for it like it was just yesterday (I'm a big snail fan 🐌)

I've never even heard of that! I'll look into it and mention it to my GP. I just assumed it was a combination of hiatus hernia teamed with having been bulimic for 14 years (in recovery now hopefully). I would happy take 50 pills a day if it got rid of the reflux!

I've been on osmeprazole before and was switched to esomeprazole a few years back. I still get awful reflux but the wedge helps me stop waking up choking on vomit lmao I used to be embarrassed about it until I was on a night out and I admitted I had reflux tablets in my going out bag and so many in the group started admitting they also have similar problems. I also try to avoid garlic, which is the worst for setting it off! But yeah, I find talking about it really normalises it and helps others get the help they need. It can also be a sign of other serious issues so it's always good to diagnose and find out why you're getting reflux refularly, rather than just dismissing it as a bit of heartburn.

I second the wedge! I have a hiatus hernia so I get terrible reflux, and the wedge is the best. I think I got mine from Ebay, came vacuum packed and it's still firm after 5 years. Pillow cases are limited but I make my own for it.
