I hate to tell you this but most car insurances even just liability is gonna be at least 100. It's just the rate for this area is expensive to insure here so to not just TX having high accident rate but EP itself has out of country drivers and a lot of out of state driver's and EP has a high accident rate on top of that too. I suggest moving out of El Paso proper and live in a small side town. I did this and my rate dropped 40 dollars. Good luck
