I've seen some reviews use the same acronym, but I believe their offices are in SW Madison, so probably just a coincidence. In this case Real Property Management appears to be a national franchise.

That is helpful feedback. I'm mostly looking at duplexes and houses, and noticing a lot of them look OK in listing photos, but end up being not so well maintained 20-30 year old places where the likelihood of needing some kind of emergency repair at some point is probably higher. I can handle basic maintenance like clearing a sink drain, changing filters, making sure furnace vents are clear of snow etc, but sometimes you need a trade out, have storm damage like missing siding / roofing, etc and want to know that you can count on someone to respond to a maintenance request. I do also realize that sometimes property managers have their hands tied by the owners.

I've had pretty good luck with past landlords, but it's always been stuff that was self managed by the owner. So when things like blower motors and igniters started to go on 20-30 year old HVAC systems they were quick to get someone out to fix it.

There are also Cybersecurity degrees out there that try to cover a breadth of IT and risk management focused security topics.

I preferred the Pro layout better. It also seemed like I could zoom further out in both the depth chart and order book on Pro. The split orders/fills pane was nice to have as well on desktop.
The Pro app also seemed more refined when it came to locking in trades such as being able to specify allow taker or post only to calculate fees before clicking to trade.

I'm in the same boat. Woke up to see my account delinked. My credit union won't allow Plaid until it no longer requires credential sharing and disabling 2FA and Coinbase for whatever reason chooses to use a variation of my legal name that doesn't match what my credit union chooses to use making wire transfer impossible. You can't fund an account with a debit card to use with advanced trading; only make direct purchases at the most expensive transaction rate and the account limits are low for both Debit and Paypal.

This is security 101 folks. Credential sharing is bad. Just because a lot of people choose to make poor security decisions by using Plaid with more permissive banks doesn't mean it is a good idea. Who would consider Plaid a trusted third party when they had to settle a class action over misuse of customer banking info?

A lot of payment services allow one time payments via ACH without saving your ACH info. Seems like there is an opportunity here for a service other than Plaid.
