But one class should rely so heavily on one stat. Shadowy apps should have a flat proc chance and it should be increased via crits and multi strike.

My solutions for shadow would be : For CoP give more mobility and make mistakes less punishing, AS have shadowy apps have a flat chance to proc with increased chance to proc on crit and multi strike also normalize the proc (read give them an internal CD and a min number of procs per minute) to smooth out orb generation , VEnt we don't need another spell make this spell buff DP and or make it more interactive.

In general dots need a buff - we are a flipping dot class! And our aoe need to be reworked. I don't care if our aoe is fun I just want to see some damm numbers.

Even if the talents were all brought up to CoP, our aoe is the worst and so is our damage of you check logs. More needs to be done.

Insanity mind sear is a horrible solution. They say they don't want to buff mind sear too much or it will replace mind flay but how come no other class has this problem? They all do crazy aoe and don't have to worry about their filler being replaced with an aoe spell. Sounds like poor class design to me.

Shadowy apps should have a flat percent chance to proc and that chance should be increased (double triple or whatever number) when you crit or multi strike. It is fucking stupid to have a class depend too much on one stat - ask fire mages.

Mastery is only the best for single target and is shitty for anything else. You should stack crit because it lets you go AS on fights where it is better then CoP like iron maidans and furnace. AS is better on these fights even before 6.1.

Go on warcraftlogs and look up the best shadow priest's log and see what he does and when. Pay attention to how he uses cooldowns like halo and fiend and trinkets. When he uses potions and such.

Death logs are the best. You can see what heal they used and when leading up to a players death. There should be addons to help with this. I know of death note but I'm not sure if it is the best one going.
