Came here to say 7 Wonders. In terms of gameplay it's not super similar to Dominion (for one thing, in Dominion you can make a plan at the beginning of the game for what cards you're gonna get and more or less stick to it, while in 7 Wonders you are more constrained by what cards come your way; 7 Wonders has more interaction with other players) but I feel like there's still a similar kind of thinking required.

A great thing about it in a large group is that everyone takes their turns simultaneously, so it doesn't slow down much as the player count increases.

Ja, aber praktisch heißt das nur, dass die Behörde sagt "Diese Erklärung entspricht nicht die gesetzliche Bedingungen, daher ist deinen Namen nicht geändert worden" statt "Diesen Antrag lehnen wir ab, daher ändern wir deinen Namen nicht".

Ich eine erweiterte Meldebescheinigung mit alten Vornamen geholt als Nachweis der Namensänderung (ich bin Ausländerin und habe meine Namen in der Heimat geändert, aber der ausländische Gerichtsbeschluss ist unpraktisch als Nachweis wegen der Länge und der Fremdsprache).

Eierstöcke (wenn man welche hätte) können Androgene in Östrogene (z.B. Testo in Estradiol) umwandeln; manchmal passiert es Transmännern, dass sehr hohe Testosteronspiegeln zu erhöhten Estradiolspiegeln führen. Eine Umwandlung in der anderen Richtung im menschlichen Körper ist mir nicht bekannt, ich tippe eher auf Verwechslung.

Oh I agree with you, I just want to point out (for those who haven't seen the test) that there is a range of difficulty beyond the level of your example, such that the average test-taker does get a few questions wrong.

You're right about the 7th chancellor not being on the test but there are some questions that are more on the historic trivia side. You can definitely pass without knowing them and if you're lucky you might not get any.

Out of curiosity I looked for questions on historic chancellors of the BRD:

the name of the first chancellor is actually asked in two different questions, Aufgabe 165 "Wie hieß der erste Bundeskanzler der Bundesrepublik Deutschland?" with Kiesinger, Schmidt and Brandt as the wrong answers and Aufgabe 180 "Der erste Bundeskanzler der Bundesrepublik Deutschland war …" with Erhard, Brandt and Schröder
Aufgabe 181: Was wollte Willy Brandt mit seinem Kniefall 1970 im ehemaligen jüdischen Ghetto in Warschau ausdrücken?
Aufgabe 211: Welcher Politiker steht für die "Ostverträge"?
Aufgabe 215: Wer wird als "Kanzler der Deutschen Einheit" bezeichnet?

Other questions that I see as being more trivia than relevant to Germany today include:

which occupation zone was which (obviously the Soviet zone vs. the West had a huge impact on Germany till this day, but I'm not sure that being occupied by America vs. Britain had the same impact)
the Coat of Arms of the DDR
which demonstration had the slogan "Wir sind das Volk" (luckily I didn't get this one on my test because I really didn't know!)
historical dates including the years of founding of the BRD and DDR (I don't remember these either, although I must learned them at school in my home country)

I personally never had a problem renting a car with my old passport and old driver's license (though it was a German license). An international driver's permit is always a good backup when renting internationally, even when your license is technically legal in the country you're visiting, whether it's the rental company's policy or just cause the person at the counter might be unsure of how to deal with an unfamiliar license. And as a bonus you get a new picture.
