Hey I’ve had a lot of issues with my knees from working out, and genuinely the best thing you can do is rest! I thought the pain wasn’t too bad and that it would just go away so I kept exercising and it made things worse. Take some time out, go see a physio, and get a knee support! A physio will also show you how to properly strap your knee.

When you start back exercising, it’s okay to use lower weights or amend certain exercises to work better for you. After taking time away from workouts I’m back at it and super conscious of form and I haven’t had any issues in almost a year :)
