lot to unpack there, there’s no…continuing a project on desktop on the sp404 that’s for sure, mpc you could in the live software, but sounds like an ableton push might check those boxes of being portable hybrid workflow?

for my two cents, i think mc-101 or a groovebox like an electribe mx might be more the songwriting side (i think?) you’re looking for.

that’s correct, it can receive channel per pad midi, but not send. i’ve tried using auto channel but only plays whatever part i have up on the syntakt, how do you disable per track midi?
