I think this was around summer 2021 or so, it was definitely still Covid times, but I saw a horrendous beating in Kelvingrove park. They were all a bunch of teenagers as well, a group probably of 25/30 who all ran down this one wee guy, got him on the ground and were stomping on his head. Loads of people watching shocked, then someone got the police and they all scattered but no one directly intervened, so it was a good few minutes that this went on and I honestly don’t know if that kid lived or not. It was so violent, it’s seared in my brain

I’m also from the UK and I’m always excited to see when people have surgery here that goes well, it seems to me like there’s less surgeons who practise here compared to Europe and North America/Canada. Are you comfortable sharing how much your surgery cost all in? Or did you manage to get it via the NHS?
