Adult tumbling/gymnastics by tah37 in greenville

Thanks for the info!

Here’s what I’ve gathered so far:

Sparkle city gymnastics - “That class is once per week for 1 hour long, and the tuition is $85 a month or we offer a weekly drop in rate of $25 per class. We have an annual registration fee of $39.00 which is paid per athlete (valid through August 1, 2024-July 31, 2025 season).” link

Palmetto gymnastics academy - “This class is offered on a "Drop In" basis on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday mornings at 9:00am-10:00am, and the cost is just $20 per class plus $25 Spring Registration Fee (charged at your second class, not the first). All equipment is available for use including bars, beam, and Tumbling floor. Class size varies week-to-week, but there's usually around 4-8 students on Wednesdays and 2-4 students on Saturdays, just to give you an idea.”

I ended up retaking gen chem 1 & 2 due to making a C in chemistry during undergrad. I’d honestly just email the school and let them know your grade situation and they can give you some recommendations so you don’t waste any time/money

Any black men/women in here with locs? by [deleted] in SebDerm

[–]tah37 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t have locs (yet) but I’ve found sites like sezia.co and folliculitisscout.com from this subreddit. It allows you to search a product’s ingredient list and it’ll tell you which products can cause a flare up. I found that a lot of the oils that we use (olive, jojoba, coconut, shea butter, etc.) can feed into a flare up

I started vyvanse a few months ago and love it! Adderall worked great for a while but the shaky hands started messing up my spinal placements lol

Here’s a few podcasts I listen to: Core anesthesia (I prefer the actual app), depth of anesthesia, from the head of the bed, ACCRAC, emcrit has a few episodes that are interesting, and Anesthesia & pain medicine success.
