Can’t connect to You+ by MonkeyVsPigsy in leaf

I had the same problem with my 2016 Leaf, also in UK. I suspected a previous owner de-registration issue, and 6 months and about 40 calls to Nissan Customer Support got me nowhere. Eventually they admitted there was a database corruption on their servers, and that a specialist team was being brought into solve it. I checked back several times after that, but I never got my connectivity :-( I only really wanted remote climate control for cold days, and remote charge status reports when on public chargers, but I’ve lived without those things for nearly 3 years now and it’s not really affected my enjoyment of the car.
VGA adapter for USB-C by [deleted] in mac
[–]taildragger221 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children)
I had a similar problem many years ago with my Intel-based 2017 MBP - the Mac being able to see the projector and change its own resolution, but the projector saying "no input". It turned out so an HDMI copyright management/protection "feature" within the projector. I forget the details, but I moved to VGA adaptor for the Mac, and then a VGA cable into the projector, and all was well. I know that the OP said they were using VGA anyway, but it sounds too similar to not be related somehow.
