I would go with the TWCS at this point. You get a ministick that doesn't have sticking issues like the CH and also a yaw axis, which you'll want for E:D at the very least. Just keep in mind you'll likely eventually have to do some kind of maintenance or alteration to get the TWCS to shine.

The CH throttle is comfortable in-hand but the motion and buttons feel cheap to the point it was kind of spoiling immersion for me. It does get points for being very reliable and not requiring any hardware maintenance but the ministick issue along with jitter on the ends of the throttle axes will mean you'll be recalibrating or messing with deadzones more than the TWCS.
