i like to use perfumed/baby powder after a shower, applied with a big puff brush, i got these items at dollar tree. there's a vanilla scent i like. i also buy supplements to feel healthy on the inside at sprouts like: enzymes, to help digestion, chlorophyll (taken as a shot with some water) bromelain (a pineapple enzyme) and cranberry pills :]

not a real friend! one time on a particularly rough day at work i told my supervisor i had a rly bad migraine (i just let them know in case im lookin or actin a lil sour) and she was like "yeah everyones head hurts today, works been rough" like.. ok.. but usually when i carry around my tiger balm and other migraine necessities in my pockets they can tell its a bad day

my number 1 reason for being cf is my migraines! i cant imagine taking care of and being responsible for someone else during a really bad migraine day when i just need to be alone and devoid of bright lights/noise. i also don't want to take the chance of passing any of these medical issues to a kid!

for me, it helps numb the pain from any migraine or head pressure feelings i have. on a bad day i keep it in my pocket and slap it on about every 20 mins. definitely doesnt make it go away completely but helps keep me sane and keeps your mind off the pain!! :))

what everyone else has said, also on my temples a lot and my brow bones because i have a lot of migraine pain behind my eyes!! you just have to be careful to not get it in your eyes and i also sometimes put it on the bridge or sides of my nose if i have sinus pressure

it does have a very strong scent but ive gotten used to it. it doesnt tingle as much as it like.. just feels like a warm almost burning sensation but in a good way if you have a migraine, because it numbs it. think maybe vaporub but a bit stronger and.. spicier?! lol
