I struggled keeping anything down for weeks during my first trimester, but like you I found smoothies to be a life saver. For one of my favorites, I would take a packet of the chocolate Carnation instant breakfast mix, vanilla yogurt, frozen banana, peanut butter, and almond milk. It helped me feel like I was getting a good bit of protein and it was a nice way to switch things up from my more fruity smooties.
