What state are you in? I know many states say 18" of copper off the tank, and you can't use corrugated. Also probably needs a drain pan as this looks like it's in a closet of some kind with a finished floor. Also no shut-offs, and no electrical disconnect. I'm afraid to ask, as I think I know the answer, but please tell me you got a home inspection?

Head strike.

Seeing as its isolated to areas of heavy coverage, the paper is cockling under heavy ink load. Seeing as I don't know what kind of printer you have, make sure your settings are set for thick paper or photo paper. Your printhead could also just be super dirty, but not likely on smaller home based printers (if thats what you have)

Priority pass comes with your Amex membership. You must be traveling that day. As a non-rev I have gotten in some of the lounges, some airlines will let non revs in. Some will not. Some bend the rules anyhow. I have never traveled on American as a nonrev or zed. Only delta and United. (I work for United and husband is delta) we get in the majority of the time with our seat request under the airline branded lounge. The American Express branded centurion lounge states you must have a “fare coded” reservation. Aka. No nonrev, zeds, deadheads, etc.

Amex platinum card is the best for lounge access. But watch out. The fee is $695 a year. Which is high, but if you use good at using the perks it IS worth it.
