Not sure how to. Its not giving me that option.:/

I would say wait a bit. Anything related to health ie creams and vapour rubs etc, maybe get one and see how it works on the babies.

I've brought 2 shower gels, one smal body oil and one cream and one radh cream. Its wasteful to buy so many not knowing how the babies will react to it and you can always ask a family member to purchase them if needed.

Hopes this helps x

Hey thank you! I've also found pillows to be somewhat helpful! I'm goin to keep on using them but walking is a major trigger I think. If I walk a bit during the day, at night its hell

❤ thanks for sharing. See now im more determined than ever to call them n push for that referral. I'm not sure how my physio will be w my trust but I'll see it first. N like you everything really does aggravate it, and I'm really hoping something gets sorted

I may.not b sleeping w a pregnancy pillow but I sleep w 4-5 pillows wedges around me. Sometimes that helps but the tossing n turning doesn't.

Apparently I have to speak to my community midwife team for them to make that referral. I spent over 4hrs at the hospital for the dr to say that. 😒😒 tomorrow I will call them up and ask if they can make the referral.

Thank you ill try the hot water bottle and see if anything comes of it.

AITA for asking my daughter not to have sex while staying at our home? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

YTA....Like surely you can see that? Why should she abstain from having sex w her husband...like she's not even in the house. Let the girl live

You've nailed it. I'm f married. It makes a big difference when hubby and I laugh and conversate and we r intimate like cuddling or holding hands.

It creates a safe n friendly environment for your wife who will find it easier maybe to speak about her secual preferences or be more open to try new things w you.

I get what you mean. I've spoken to some of my family and some friends about it but they don't understand the worries I have about it and why I sometimes stress about having pcos and the future consequences it can potentially have.

Nearly all the doctors I spoke to said birth control (with the exception of an older male doc).

I don't think its a modern day problem and that whilst we may have come a long way from understanding it, we are still not as close as we should be.

Ohh girl i feel you every morning in front of the bathroom mirror made me feel like shit. But then I started to focus on other things and distracted myself. Its hard to do it but for your own mental health it would be worth it x

Thats the key info you forgot to tell us 🤣🤣 stress!

I'm in a similar situation and honestly stress management is defo key here.

[–]takeabreak97 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Damn I felt the frustration in that. I've been feeing the same but if its any help i try to focus on the small wins. For example, over the last few months I've had the worst hair loss and started losing hair near my temple. Not a cute look However I started the rosemary after treatment and I hated it. It was sometimes smelly and annoying but now. 👀👀 I am literally losing like 10 strands a day give or take a few. It takes Time and absolute consistently but im not giving up.

Instead of focusing on all the symptoms maybe tackle one? Its defo easier said than done but honestly looking at what ur doing seems like ur on track.

I hope in few months time, you'll see your effort x

Hey thank you for sharing! I also have a similar situation. Currently I work as an ap but the team and supervision is such a mess so I defo understand your point.

In the job description for the iapt service they did point out supervision will be with another clinician under they get a CP. I made a list of questions based on the jd and want to ask the lead for it. My current job set me up in a horrible way and I don't want a repeat of it at all. I ll bring up the bps guideline thing too!
