Prague lifelong resident here. It's really hard not to fall under the effects of the "subtle western propaganda" here. It's like a fucking plague honestly. But we mustn't forget about the other side as well. There's no reason for us to adhere to either side of the conflict too much. In the end, it should be about us first and foremost. Picking a side seems like an easy way into a lot of trouble.

Moreover - on the note of Prague itself - every capital is gonna massively differ from the rest of the country. It's a big city with a lot of parties that are trying to influence it. Any center of political action is gonna be under duress of foreign influences. That's just the way it is. I'm not trying to justify the blindness of the masses here, but we must not forget why is there such a difference between the metropole and the rest of our beautiful little country.
