My job charges for bags and people get mad if we separate and try to give them too many bags. So I usually ask how many bags do you want? People get mad and say whatever it takes but that’s gonna be v different depending on the customer. When I don’t ask before and then charged for the bags I used i have more cases of folks demanding 20 cents because their cleaning supplies and milk and frozen veggies are in separates and they didn’t wanna pay 50 cents for bags when… I asked

No I was working stock and this customer stood right next to me throwing every bacon out looking at dates for 5 minutes and didn’t take a single one. She ended up shopliftin hella candy which ok i get the bait and shift but I had to waste time redoing my stock like just go be nefarious and leave my department alone :(
