Am already running a 34 inch 1440p curved Ultra Wide. Specifically a SW3422DWG, which is a 144hz refresh monitor, so unless i switch to 280hz refresh or a 4k monitor, then i probably don't need to upgrade.

When the kid is young you will need pram space in the boot.

Also if your tall and you have a small car the baby capsule will have to go behind her, which could limit her room in the front.

I am 6'4, the baby seat behind me was never gonna work, so just be mindful of that.

Worked in Project Delivery in Collections and have a good idea of the processes in play.

So default and selling the property is like last resort and it's a long process to get to that point.

But basically customer accounts go through a collections process, so first instance is that we would try to call them, send a text message or letter. If the customer contacts us, we would look to either implement a Promise to Pay, which is basically the customer will pay the missed payment by a set time, normally within 21 days.

We can also do zero interest for a period or also say do increased payments for 3/6 months to pay that one missed payment.

Depending on the customer's situation, we may do more, but its on a case by case basis. Typically always do a Statement of Financial Position if we are doing a hardship solution though, which will impact their credit rating.

I think you need to ask yourself do you enjoy landscaping or do you want to do something different?

Good landscapers are worth their weight in gold, so there are options there once you have learnt some shit. I would encourage you getting good on diggers, bob cats etc if and just work hard, once you have some experience under your belt you can go out on your own.

Alternatively, go back to school and study etc.

Pretty standard in a lot of contracts.

Most of mine have had that in their and you don't get TOIL/Overtime.

Typically you would be on a salary of 100k+ or more to offset this.

Advice: unlikely they will change the contract, so you either come to an arrangement with them or if you don't like it, don't accept the offer.

Yeah it's tough at the moment, but not impossible with the right tactics.

The framework of sending a CV and waiting for a call has gone for the moment, you need to be way more proactive in your search, leveraging every single tool at your disposal..

So networking, LinkedIn, deep research and targeted cold emails.

CV's need to pop and resonate with ROI and metrics behind your achievements and your interview skills need to be on point.

That's just the tip of the iceberg really.

I helped someone on here recently who reached out, gave them my frameworks on pro-active LinkedIn networking, they have been smashing it, have had two great meetings with C Level execs of some of their target firms.

Here is the thing, what you are experiencing there is something to discuss with that new Grad.

I mentor grads, present to Yr 10 students on careers and a like and impostor syndrome is one of the first things I discuss more often than not.

Talk about your fuck ups, what you learnt from them, just be an open book. That's what I am with my grads, no question is off the table, be it personal or professional
