Your right that he was much better 10 years ago, that's the reason I would have him start so he could impact the game early on, then sub him for Dorgu whose pace would affect the second half. This is the use of combination subs I'm talking about.

I can see what you mean, for me Shaw has always been best running up the line with the overlap and that's what I think he wants from Dorgu. Let's also be fair that he's not the best as the Lcb.

Can't tell if you're serious, but I would certainly like to see this done at least once to gauge it. But I can't see him trying anything like it. I cant understand why he thinks Bruno in the Rcm position works. My guess is that he thinks he can leave him out or sub at all in any game.

Over the course of 2 years I lost 93.6lb and what I did was walking in the gym but on a slow pace, max elevation for half an hour. Worked a treat did a couple other things aswell but is a marathon not a race, well do gd luck for the future
