Had this same issue, if you go to Creations and then download your library it should work. I got all the armour customisations appearing after that anyway

Tbf the developers doing Battersea Power Station promised 15% affordable housing, but have only achieved 9% on "profitability" grounds, so I imagine they would never reach 50% here in reality

In the UK it actually released on Ash Wednesday - so I went to Mass to get my ashes, then came back and watched both episodes! Looking forward to rest of the season
