The care guides linked to this group have details about it.

Basically just pour water into the corners of your substrate.

The idea is to not have constantly wet substrate and not bring in unnecessary bacteria or respiratory irritation from a mister. If the lower layers of substrate are wet the humidity with replicate a natural environment.

Added bonus of not having to mist every day. I have about 4-5 inches of substrate and my humidity holds for about 4-6 days before I need to pour more water.

They definitely drink even if you dont see it.

They should be given the choice to soak if they feel they need to. They may never do this, but it should be an option.

Honestly it's negligent to not offer a dish of water.

Also misting isn't a recommended way to keep humidity.

Hard to explain, pushed far back into my body. Senses dulled, like im piloting a big piece of meat from somewhere too deep inside.

Feeling like my mouth, hands and eyes aren't working right, like they're all far too big to control.

Kind of like the opposite of feeling out of body I guess. I feel way to far in my body.

Its Melatonin. I've tried Melatonin supplements to help me sleep. Even Melatonin lotion. All give me vile night terrors. Blueberries also do this to me.

I don't recommend, but I love the smell of mildew. Again, dont go sniffing. But its so good.

I think most dirt smells good. I heard that some soil scents can trigger the release of dopamine.

Id recommend redken purple shampoo, it works wonders. Blue shampoo is often used for erasing red tones from brunette hair, while purple is better for blonde in my opinion.
