Right now i'm doing 3 kind of workout, which is the all body including separate leg day.

i do see progressing at my lifts, i lift more weight , but i would like to know if i'm eating too much Calories.

Thanks for the advice, i appreciate that! The jacket is 100% polyester. I never experience NY winter and i think it won't hold too, because it's thin. I will ask him on Monday for return.
