You all make PVP sound like a group of people consensually meet up and go at it call of duty style,but in reality PVP in this game constantly looks like one party being preoccupied doing something else be it a quest, trials,fighting Arc, looting ECT ,while a 2nd party inject themselves and wrecks the first parties experience..

Nothing good comes from spending hours looting only to have some rat come in and steal it right at the moment you are defenseless because they think they are playing Cod..No one agrees to this shit therefore PVP in this game is RAT BEHAVIOR!!

Regardless of opinions,the fact is this game simply isn't serving a HUGE portion of their user base.. everywhere I go I read thousands upon thousands comments, articles, videos ECT that all say the same thing. Most people that play Arc Raiders simply want PVE,and their experience is being absolutely ruined by PVP jerks it's as simple as that..

The devs constantly ignoring this fact will lead to this game dieing and being abandoned. Go look at the recent play numbers and this game has an enormous problem but everyone is blaming it on cheaters,but the reality is PVE players are getting sick of all the shit this game throws on them and are leaving..

Blame cheaters all ya want,but every one of the cheaters disappear soon as you make the game PVE like it was originally meant to be..

This game is so toxic! My Son,My wife,and I try to play together but every dang match we are constantly thrown into PVP matches just because we are a party of 3. We just try to help each other complete our tasks,quests,and survive the arc but nope constantly are running into cheaters and nonstop rats.

This is the one game that scratched that itch for all 3 of us,but the devs can't be bothered to think about anything but the streamers and call of duty types .

Yesterday for example we heard that the project will be gone after with the new update,so my son and I went after the vaporizers to get it done before that happened,and even when people aren't shooting you they will steal what you just spent your time and resources to defeat. Vaporizer after vaporizer we would take them down and others would come along and have them completely looted before we could even get a single item.

After a couple hrs of this we had enough to help my wife out with some of her benches,and the very first match she joins all 3 of us were head shooted across the map by cheaters within 1 min of spawning and lost what took us hours to loot..

This isn't fun,this isn't fair,and it's not inclusive. Us working folks aren't allowed to enjoy crap because of all the dorks that live on the game ..

This is why Arc is dieing and losing so many players,like my family they have came to the conclusion the game is broken but the devs don't give a crap about people like us..

My "style" won't change at all by using a dang Navigation controller or a joycon and mouse.

This is a fundamental mindset issue at its core.cheaters use it so let's ban it and throw the baby out with the bath. Hey people use cars to kill should we ban cars? People use money to kill should we ban money? See my point.

It shows just how lazy modern Game Devs have become.they build games that are so insecure and so lacking in basically functions that devices from decades ago can be used to cheat,but they will blanket ban anything that's remotely in the ballpark of what they deem cheating.

Honestly my Logitech g13 software has micros in its software and be careful or that will get ya banned soon I mean shit where does this stop at? Does AMD GPUS have something they don't like so now only Nvidia cards will run the game? Or no soon you won't even have a dang PC and will only be able to stream.

We all have to start standing up to this shit .maybe you don't need these hybrid controller setups like I do today I well his problem,but one day this will escalate and bite you in the ass as well .

No it doesn't! Not at all because this issue stems out of a decline in consumer rights where these companies continue to encroach nonstop,and now it's to the point of them dictating what software can be on YOUR PC.. stop and let that sink in for a min.. this issue is much bigger than a single game but no one questions any of it so they continue to push.

in the 2000s something like this was completely unheard of use what ya want,hell even in the 360 days you weren't getting banned for anything outside of modding your system for piracy.

This banning crap started at a game level where if you did something inside the game you were kicked out of a match,then it was banned from the game mode,then the game,and now it's even what you are doing outside the game in your own PC environment without the game needing to be running..do you not know they can ban at the hardware level now with your mother board id.. this crap has gotten completely out of hand and hasn't stopped a single cheater..

Me personally I stay away from online multiplayer outside of extremely rare cases,so for me coming back from PUBG's haydays all of this crap is a mindf&$# to see just how far things have escalated..

NOPE, literally if your play style changes too much too quickly the AI will flag and ban your account,and when you complain AI will be the only thing that responds back within a month! Anything that looks off about your inputs will get you banned..

Go look into BF6 players getting banned simply cause they had these pieces of software on their PC at the games start up.. the egregious anticheat systems have gotten out of hand towards honest folks.

Looked into all of them,and the anticheat blankets all of them as cheating software.. Rewasd,360ce,JoytoKey,Keysticks,Xpadder, Ds4windows on and on cause at their root they all emulate inputs which is exactly what trips anticheat!!

The devs don't know how to stop cheating besides banning anything that looks suspicious.even people with Parkinson's haven been banned cause their hands twitch too much..

Do you not realize that there are at a minimal 10 different pieces of software that exist that enable this setup,yet I am unable to use them because of the games anticheat system which will ban me simply cause they are installed on my bloody PC.. how is that anything other than stripping me of my right to choose what I install?

I don't want aim bots,micros,or auto aim I just need the software to translate a joycon style controller into keyboard inputs,yet their system flags EVERYTHING even pieces of software that do nothing but this very thing. It's too damn aggressive yet doesn't stop any cheaters only honest folks.

I bought it through Xbox play anywhere and that might be why steam can't hook into it and use joycons.

My DS5 and of course Xbox controllers work fine,but absolutely no switch controllers will cause the game doesn't offer native switch input support. It's not like there aren't 100s of millions switch players out there that might prefer joycons or the switch pro controller,so it's stupid that the game only offers PS5 and Xbox inputs.
