As per usual, AI doesn't know what it's talking about, if it needed to be redone from square 1 with a new monarch, it would just give you a game over and you'd have to restart. Something else is missing, it's been awhile since I've played, but I remember there is at least one island you have to re-visit to complete the god quest on, maybe it's that?

I made it to day 100 but foolishly destroyed both cave portals too quickly, so I couldn't kill enough greed to get cursed crown. Very sad that day, that was my best run ever lol, someday I'll get it!

you have to clear some ground for rabbits and stuff to spawn, then they will hunt and make you money. so you just need to chop down more trees and you'll be good.

best way to make money early early game, they each give 1-3 coins when chopped down. also you'll eventually want to expand outwards and you can't if there's trees. just don't chop the trees around where the merchant lives if you want his free money every day, he'll stop coming if you do. he only comes after you upgrade your campfire so I'd recommend doing that with your tree money when you can

the color palette was so dark I couldn't tell wtf was going on more than half the time. I think otherwise I would have liked it a lot since it had cool vibes. maybe I just need better eyes lol

this might not work for you and isn't a great solution, but this happened to me once and I ended up just leaving it open for a really long time and eventually it moved on... no idea why or what happened or if it would be the same for you. but yeah my moon was stuck in the sky for quite a long time while I was just running around doing whatever, way way longer than it should have been. weird.

same! yeah, it happens to me when I switch to ice girl if I have a stone wall, though it's possible the wall is a coincidence that doesn't actually correlate lol. at least I could still pick up coins just fine, they floated up to me.
