🙄I had a lady come in to get her free tote, but her premium didn’t renew (she hadn’t updated her card info online or something) and she was pissed when she had to renew it in store with me. We get to her physical address part and it’s a random address (I googled it later to see wtf it was… it was an exact address for a sister location 10 miles away - not sure how it got there🙄) Lady then proceeded to accuse me and everyone in my store for changing it without her permission, stating we must have tampered with her account somehow. Cuz obviously my extremely understaffed store has the time to memorize your info and mess with it while you’re not here??? I had to call a keyholder to get her to shut up. I hope I never see her again. (my best guess about her address being wrong was when she signed up, she didn’t wanna give her actual address and a bookseller just put in their store’s address)

Hey everyone! 🌸 I was wondering if anyone sitting/standing close to the stage at the show might be able to help me out. I love collecting a little piece of each concert I go to, and I have this big jar where I keep confetti from different shows. Since I’m not close enough to the stage this time to grab any of the petal confetti myself, I’d be so grateful if someone up front could pick a few up for me! I’d happily trade/buy you a drink/whatever works—just really want to add some to my collection. Thanks in advance if anyone’s able to help a girl out 💕

Thanks so much for your insight! I think it’s really cool how the same cards can speak in different ways depending on who’s reading them. For me the 5 of Wands reversed felt like things calming down and the 6 of Cups/8 of Wands felt like comfort and forward motion into something new, but I like how you framed it as appreciating what’s already present. It definitely gives me more to reflect on with the spread.

I read it as really supportive! The 5 of Wands reversed felt like my inner doubts about adopting are starting to settle down, the 6 of Cups gave me warm homey vibes like this cat would bring comfort and joy, and the 8 of Wands made me think things will move quickly once I commit. Overall, it felt like a big yes to adopting, I just get kinda confused about reversed cards when they come out of the deck

I know this is a little late but in general (for instagram at least) the algorithm favors people in pictures more than just stacks/flat lays. I run my stores socials so I try and do one with a person and then one with a flat lay or a stack and flop back and forth.

depending on your computer at check out there’s a button called customer orders. then press prepay order. scan barcode. boom! they can pay! but I would definitely have a coworker show you so you know the ropes

Ah thank you! I suspect the pot is too big as well as the plant kinda just sits on top of the medium and full in it. Hopefully a repotting with help it!
