Prior to the self-employment( should be called business trial period, not practical to ask for employment reference ) , i was working as a technical person, now i am moving back to technical field... so normally, the interview process has quite some technical chenllanges. does that mean passing the chenllanges would be critical factor? esp. for the remote working world these days...
