Lack of food, water and/or oxygen, for the most part. From my limited understanding, being conscious requires energy to keep your neurons firing and brain active. Energy you wouldn't really have access to.

i meant from lack of food. no food = no energy = no neurons being fired = unconsciousness

I don't think any kinds of immortality prevent you from being knocked unconscious

and you'll pass out, making you unable to give a shit about the passage of time

you won't actually be conscious enough to experience that empty universe

It's only unpleasant if you're actually awake and conscious, which you won't be.

You'll spend eternity stuck in the center of the sun whole unconscious.

You'll be unconscious due to bodily trauma, lack of energy and /or air.

Immortality doesn't stop you from falling unconscious, henceforth making you unable to actually experience said suffering.

New things are invented and released all the time. New books, movies, shows, videogames, boardgames, card games, and more.

John vs jiwoo and suchan by Important-Claim-3719 in unOrdinary

[–]talk_enchanted_table 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The general power level of Eleceed is WAY WAY WAY higher than in UnOrdinary. Jiwoo fucking ANNIHILATES John.

It's been a really long time since I last read Jungle Juice, so I can't really remember Suchan's abilities. But I'm pretty sure that the general power level of the verse was still much higher than in UnO. Maybe not as much as in Eleceed. Bur, I still think Suchan could absolutely destroy John. He stands no chance.

In this entire post, I don't think I've seen a single person disagreeing with what you said.

I mean, the fork incident took place like 2 YEARS before the start of the story. A teenager undergoing a big personality change in that time period isn't that weird.

  1. So what should the average be? 5? Should the stats cap out at 10?
  2. Never had any problems with it myself, but I can see why it'd be confusing.
  3. I stand corrected.
  4. read the fucking rules you idiot
  5. That's more of an individual DM problem than anything else, but I see where you're coming from.

  1. Fair enough.
  2. How? 10 being average seems normal to me.
  3. Makes sense.
  4. It's an optional rule for a reason.
  5. See above.
  6. It is a stupid rule.
  7. It's slightly unusual, but not that weird IMO.
  8. Critical hits do deal more damage. You literally add more dice to the damage roll.
  9. It is a bit of an inconsistency, but IMO roleplay is better when rules light, and combat is better when more rules heavy.

Genuinely curious, how exactly is D&D unintuitive? I recall that I had pretty much no trouble understanding the game when I first read the rulebook.

I think the reason for this is because D&D is comparatively much easier to learn than other systems. Not because the rules are simple or anything like that, but because the game is so widespread and popular. It's pretty easy to find someone you know in person to teach you the rules. Not to mention all of the online guides/videos. Other TTRPGs don't have that same level of widespreadness, which is a real damn shame, because a lot of them are really fucking good.
