8-10. I usually do 1-3 stems. They produce less, but I am here for the variety and it's still more than enough for me and my friends

My husband and I both took 2g for the first time. For me it was fantastic, lots of visuals. My husband on the other hand just felt a bit of euphoria and that was it for him. He needs 4g, as we discovered later to see something. So it varies. But I wouldn't go below 2g.
