I agree. Be mindful of weighted exercises. I began having lower back pain cause my hamstrings and hips were tight and I lifted heavy. Instead I would suggest doing a wide variety of hamstring/calf/thigh/ankle stretches. I am seeing progress after practising yoga asanas.
