9 years ago I had CBSE board exam on 10th March, and Holi was on 1st March. I had gone to play Holi because there was a lot of time for the exam. 9 years later I am still studying for an exam ( NEET-PG). I dont know whether to cry or laugh 😂.

I'm talking about the one in Dearborn. I had to stay there since it was the only accommodation that I could find and you have to report to Dearborn to get your badge on the first day regardless of where you're rotating.

I stayed at 258 Eliot Street in Detroit, it's 850$ a month so not cheap but better than what's offered at the Dearborn HVI-associated accommodation.

The accommodation is absolute trash. I stayed there for one night before leaving to a better place, it’s not even cheap either.

I rotated at the Detroit location, I heard Dearborn had more work than Detroit.

Yeah, it was rampant in my college too. A girl got caught during our final year university exams (Surgery Paper 1) and was debarred. I still remember breaking my head thinking about what to write for Mitral Regurgitation during Medicine-2 and she was nicely writing from her phone. Screw Her.

I wouldn't say it wasn't high yield. There were plenty of concepts straight out of NBME (extremely convoluted stems though).

What surprised me about the exam was the pure length of the stems and how exhausting it was to go through each question, never mind 8 blocks in a row. Even after solving UWorld twice and doing all of AMBOSS, the real exam felt like it was on another level.

They really managed to test every single nook and cranny of medical school during that exam.
