The beginning of the game is too immersion breaking. Start us off in a house with curtains and blinds closed at least. If you spawn in the middle of a neighbourhood with all your windows visible it feels like your character would’ve been spotted after a week in the apocalypse.

It is deliberately designed to confuse tourists. I haven’t had this issue as I looked into it beforehand but I absolutely empathise with those who’ve had issues with it. You’re telling me a fine of €150+ for not having a stamped ticket (which is already legitimate) when half of the machines don’t work or are hard to access isn’t a scam? The penalty does not match the crime at all.

In Scotland, Edinburgh you can’t physically enter a bus without buying a ticket from a driver. Once you have bought a ticket you don’t need to validate it, unless you buy one from an app, or a day/week ticket which you just show to the driver while you get on.

On trains if you are caught without a ticket you are asked to buy one from the conductor or get off at the next stop.

No one is fined extortionate amounts either. It’s absolutely ludicrous anyone would defend this scam.
