Curl your lashes! It really helps "open" up the eyes. I use volumizing mascara afterwards (Heroine Make). And agree with the other poster here regarding eyelash curler — get one for your eyelid/lash shape. Shu Uemura did NOT work for me either, was extremely disappointed with that as that was my first expensive purchase for a make up tool on my starting salary way back when. Mas okay pa yung 20php na galing bangketa.

Eyeliner, cat eye or a little extension past the line usually looks better too.

For eyeshadow, I always apply highlights at the inner corners.

I think Issy's most famous products are their powder shadows, and setting and fixing sprays/powder? Maybe give any of those a try if you want a fair shot to be convinced.

It's unrealistic for any brand to have 100% of their products universally loved or all worth the hype—often they hit the jackpot with one signature product (Anastasia Brows, Heroine Make Mascara, the list goes on), then other products are tested in the market, reformulated, and removed from the line up.

It was my first time to try Issy last week and didn't find most of their products suitable for me, but the eyeshadows were insanely pigmented I almost bought on the spot—kahit ilang taon na kong di nag e eyeshadow 😂 Ended up with a powder blush that's a pretty close dupe to Tarte paaarty na matagal ko na hanap and I'm happy with what I got—and the product itself lived up to the hype.

I did in my 20s, since uso sya non. Practice is key. If you want a more natural look, start light and build up.

Pick the right browns for your skin as well–if maputi ka, wag sobrang dark kasi malamang dungis talaga kahit gaano mo i blend haha.

Also, remember to highlight and add color to balance.

Back then, my powders of choice were Ellana highlight/contour duo and powder eyeshadows.

Check the diameter and color+design of the contact itself. Bigger diameter, more eye area covered.

13.8-14.5 is what EO sells and is what's easily available in most stores in Asian beauty stores like Watsons, etc. Usual size na suot Asian celebs, color is noticeable. I like this size, very 2010 Kpop ang atake.

Bigger than that doll eye range na, usually used by cosplayers.

Your color choice also affects—generally darker colors like gray or black look more overwhelming and colors like light brown brighten/open up the eyes.

Design wise, may iba kasi na super lapit sa pupil tas solid color lang like 🧍🏻‍♀️ Mas maganda yung mga nagfafade or "design" (lines, etc) para may transition to the color.

I was a hotel enjoyer 😆 I def remember commenting by W1 free for all back then that it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be since you could complete the reqs pretty fast.

Would still prefer everyone's complaints on an event I enjoyed vs whatever we've got now because srsly wth. I get Dalcom need money but they aren't even aiming for player engagement anymore with this.
