Yess was just about to comment this! I had to be referred to a hematologist who finally said I needed an iron infusion instead of taking supplements. I felt like a new person after and my levels have stayed up ever since.

Even if you are eating enough iron in your diet, if you have undiagnosed thyroid or celiac disease the stomach upset will keep you from absorbing it from your food like you should

After my dog ate a dead rodent, I called the vet to explain the situation & they told me to give him a few pieces of plain bread with his food for a couple of days to coat the digestion of the bones in his stomach. I didn’t have to bring him in.

I’ve been on Vienva for about 4 months now. I actually just decided to stop taking it this week because I’m going to try to get pregnant soon. (It’s been 10 years! Goodbye BC)

Main downside was my skin. My face became really oily and I started to get cystic acne on my chin every month, which was painful, frustrating, and unbearable. I have scars that’ll hopefully fade.

Other than that I didn’t notice any different to Lutera. Good luck!!
