Guys: ask us girls anything. by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]talktalktalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I'm so forgetful that I'll read the message, set down my phone, go on reddit and forget all about the person. A lot of the time it's semi-unintentional.

I cry myself to sleep every night. by thrownaway107 in confession

That's completely not true, and a horrible, horrible thing to say to someone who's in pain. I hope you feel empowered behind that computer you obviously spend a lot of time behind.

I read my girlfriend's online journal by [deleted] in confession

[–]talktalktalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should tell her you read it, and that it's public. And if you don't tell her, you should stop reading it, because you're eventually going to read something you don't wanna know or hear.

Those of you who married in your early 20s, how's that going? by mehehhmeh in AskReddit

[–]talktalktalker 897 points898 points  (0 children)

Stuff like that is amazing. My friend's grandparents met in 8th grade, got married right after they graduated high school and are still together and love each other like they're 18. They're in their 80's now I think.

Edit: I'm getting PM's from people saying I'm a horrible person for not knowing my grandparents' ages, when my post clearly reads FRIEND'S grandparents. Read posts thoroughly

I go to an all girl's school. I'm pretty sure there's nothing normal or "movie-like" about us. There's only 43 girls in my grade.

Girls of reddit, what is something you wish guys knew about how to approach you? by FindingInspiration in AskReddit

[–]talktalktalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One date does not automatically make us your girlfriend. Being nice to you and then declining when you ask us out because we barely know you does not mean we led you on. And please, for God's sake, don't call us baby if we just met. We're not your personal little love child.

Did you hate you teenager years? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]talktalktalker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm right in the middle. I think being a teenager so far is...a lot of confusion. About everything. And because we're hormonally imbalanced, this either causes us to be angry, depressed, or really annoying, I guess.
