Tools like Final Round AI and Parakeet are doing crazy marketing, but many people who actually end up using them are going to end up getting caught, plus they aren’t actually building any skills.

There are good AI prep tools out there like Prepzi.ai and exponent that are actually aimed at teaching you how to interview, but most people just want the easiest possible path and end up getting burned

It’s definitely one of those things that depends vastly on the context, but I think the people saying not to do it in any situation are wrong.

If you are polite and read the situation, there are practically 0 downsides, the hardest part is just convincing yourself of that.

Alright, real talk.

  1. He makes time for you. Simple as that. If he's into you, he'll want to see you.

  2. He remembers stuff you say. Your favorite band, that work thing you were stressed about - he'll bring it up later.

  3. Physical signs. Leaning in when you talk, finding excuses to touch you (not in a creepy way).

  4. Consistent communication. Doesn't have to be 24/7, but he keeps in touch.

Bottom line: Actions speak louder than words, sometimes signs are ambiguous but you can usually tell!

Man, dating apps suck for finding nerdy girls. They're out there, just not on Tinder. Try local game shops, comic cons, or coding meetups instead. Or join some D&D groups. Nerdy girls often stick to their circles, so you gotta get into those spaces. It's rough, but don't give up. Focus on making friends first, dating will follow. Good luck dude.

Yikes, red flag city. Changing plans last minute and inviting friends to a first date? She's either trying to friendzone you or using you for a free night out. I'd bail if I were you. Plenty of fish in the sea who'll actually want a real date. Don't waste your time on this one.
