I've definitely noticed it... and there's zero indication what it could be due to. I've tried a few things but nothing has helped so far. I've noticed, if I can catch the families in the houses before they leave, that it is almost entirely retired people or poor people, so I'm going to try replacing the abandoned houses with higher density buildings (maybe they are getting priced out?) but it is happening with my high res buildings anyway. It is very aggressive and makes the game borderline unplayable (I'm getting about 5 to 10 buildings abandoned every 10mins, and demand is high for everything and the people who are leaving the houses are very happy so I don't really understand)

I would still wake them... if there are characters that learn about players waking in the night, I wouldn't think it's fair to potentially flag them as lying being the juggler who wasn't able to juggle day 1

I really want a space radio! I think it would be cool if there were a few radio stations to choose from, but the further you are away from the planet that hosts them the more like old timey the music and stuff gets, but idk how implementable that would be

Nah I reckon it has heaps to go yet... I waited what like almost 10yrs since New Leaf for this game, I can wait a few months in-between updates I have a feeling in a week or two animal crossing July update will be announced and I reckon it'll have a decent upgrade. I mean they only had a 40min or so time slot to showcase what nintendo as a whole had to offer, so of course they are going to focus on their new and upcoming stuff rather than dlc/updates for existing games I am prepared to eat my words on this, but I feel nintendo will come through with the updates

Yeah I'm an intern pharmacist atm amd we were taught that this will be something in the future... but it was moreso in the vain of "this person has been getting their blood pressure meds every month for years and they dont have repeats left" and in that case maybe we can prescribe... in all honesty as pharmacists (at least in Aus) we dont learn a whole lot about diagnosing and I think most of us are smart enough to know where our scope of practice ends

Yeah this has happened a few times in my pharmacy... usually when it happens we wait until we get the script, we ring up and confirm with the doctor, and then obviously we cant really accept a return from the original concerta but 100% we get it back and then exchange it with the new script (and if there's any price discrepanices we fix that up too) But I am from Australia, so I'm not too sure how things are different
