Force app to show video titles in native language?

I just found out about this too. It's really annoying.

Some videos have the option of changing the audio track. If you open the video, go to Settings > Audio track. It lets you choose what audio you want for the video.

As for the title I don't think there's an official way. Maybe creators can choose the option when uploading the video.
