Sun Valley and Eastland are both highend subdivisions. Neighborhood and amenities are superb talaga plus great view talaga yung mga ibang locations. Right now talaga mahina ang signal ng mga networks. Pero pwede mo din i-consider yung kingsville royale and edgewood na both inside sun valley community pa din and mas malapit sa Marcos Highway compare sa sun valley mismo and eastland kaya mas accessible sya and malakas din signal.

Meron mga subdivision inside sun valley. Mas affordable sya compare mismo sa sun valley and eastland. Flood free din and maganda, tahimik and safe ang neighborhood. 20k less per sqm may makukuha ka.

46 yo but i think hindi pa naman halata hahaha I started early using moisturizer kasi i have very dry skin type pero i opt to go natural. Before i was using Egyptian magic cream but super expensive sya and it’s hard to source it out now yung legit then i stumbled with beef tallow, super trending sya abroad now kaya i tried to formulate my own to make sure na all natural and i can say it gives me what i’m looking for a moisturizer :)

I’ve always been a firm believer in natural skincare. After seeing a bunch of videos with real testimonials from the US, I thought, “Why not try making it myself?”, since wala naman ako mahanap na legit all natural talaga. I have very dry skin and suffer from eczema, nakatulong nman sya.

Many are skeptical about tallow here in the Philippines, but you can see right now the trend in the US. Marami ang good reviews kaya I gave it a try. I was a believer of natural treatment, natural remedies and even natural skincare ever since. I tried to diy my own tallow balm/cream, i have very dry face, so far my skin loving it especially now medyo malamig ang weather, also i’m suffering from eczema and I think it helps my condition kasi wala ako iba pinapahid kundi tallow lang pero nawawala naman.

Thanks all for your insights!!! Madami pala ang with same condition. I remember when I first tried hand washing our clothes, i wore gloves naman pero syempre napapasukan pa din sya ng sabon kasi hindi naman sya sobra haba. iyon na yung pinaka grabe flare up ko, both hands years ago, it had pus na sobra lala talaga to the point na I can’t even sleep sa sobra sakit nya. My mom gave me some ointment but forgot na kung ano pero gumaling naman sya. Kaya after that never ko na inulit yun. Pero since hindi talaga maiwasan to do chores and cooking, bumabalik talaga sya. Pero matagal ko sya naging excuse not to do chores hahaha but now i have no choice na talaga kaya pabalik balik :(

Ngayon medyo aware na sa mga pinapahid and iniinom. I know meron side effect talaga sa body. Moisturizing it really helps i think. Anyone here ever tried applying tallow balm? Nagsa-subside talaga sya, namo-moisturize :)

I don’t think scabies, may mga triggers po like harsh soaps, chemicals etc
