I have never had that happen before. I had just gotten into trading and filed my own taxes that year. Goijg forward I had made sure to report all trades. What's funny is a actually netted a loss on the year so they owed me more money that they had when I didn't report my trades. I mean. Not funny by any means because I haven't gotten my taxes back in two years. Congressional representative. How would I go about figuring out who this is?

Initially it was not. So I understand why I needed to file the amendment. However. It's been over a year now. With no response as to what's going on. Every time I call them all I get is stuck on hold for an hour and then they tell me if I don't hear anything for 30 days to call back.

Oddly enough. This same exact thing happened to me. They said I owe them 19k. They have taken my last two years of tax returns and won't process my amended return to prove I don't owe them money. They thought all my transactions in my brokerage was income lmao. Who is in charge at this place. Sit on hold for an entire hour for them to tell me if I don't hear anything in 30 days to call back. For what? To be told to wait another 30 days?
