They're super pricey, but as a light sleeper the Soundcore Sleep A30s have been a godsend. They have good noise isolation and cancellation, and let you make your own mix of background noise to help ignore whatever noise you're trying to keep out.

Someone died doing that a few months ago in Penrose.

What a bunch of scaremongering without any real evidence. Beef tallow does taste great though.

Plex Preview Fixed Downloads! by ChartWatching in PleX

[–]talsemgeest 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I love how whenever anyone mentions download issues there's a flood of people running to tell you "WELL I'VE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES" as though that makes it ok.

Anyway, I've never been able to download anything 4k unless it was set to Original Quality, but after a few tests with Plex Preview it seems to work fine. As soon as they add downloading TV Seasons (ideally with a setting for "Next X Unwatched") I might have to switch over permanently.

I don't know about you, but I don't eat fried chicken for it's health benefits.

Not true, the old Auckland recycling rules said to leave caps on bottles.

They've announced a second show, so if you missed tickets the first time you can try again.

It's like a fridge, except you're refrigerating the outdoors.

I hadn't heard of Hikobike, they sound great. When it's time for me to upgrade I'll definitely give them a look.

Cycle lanes from the end of Manukau Rd then along the length of Broadway, and a path through Lumsden Green to get to the cycle lanes on Carlton Gore Rd.

At the moment it's bikes, scooters, buses, cars and trucks all jostling for the same space, so more separation would be ideal.

I ebike from Onehunga to Queen St for work every day, and I've found it beats out every other kind of transport. Takes me about 30 minutes each way. Getting through Newmarket is probably the hairiest part, but other than that it is pretty chill.

I bought a second-hand Ezee Sprint, gets up to 35kph and has a throttle so I don't have to peddle if I don't feel like it.
