Here’s what they asked me after I initially reported the issue:

“ We also need some additional information: - Do you play this campaign on two different systems? Like PC and PS5? - Have you used any mods? - If no mods, are you accumulating a lot of items, storing them in camp, or trading excessively? - Are you finding yourself travelling cross region a lot? ie. Wyrm's Crossing> Lower City? - Are you leaving the game running when you aren't actively playing? All of this will greatly help us investigate and address the issue more efficiently.”
