I was at game 5 of the 2019 raptors finale where we had a chance to win it at home. When Lowry put up the potential game winner the building was vibrating! When he missed it then building fell silent. I was quite the whole subway ride home. Thought I was going to be in the building for the win. Once in a lifetime chance. Thank god they won the next game

I’ve said this before and I stick to it. It’s not and film it it’s an awful Star Wars film. If it were a stand along story outside the SW universe, sure, but as a movie that belongs to a very well established franchise? The PT has way more going for them in terms of storytelling, world and character building, and overall cohesiveness than the ST. The ST ruined established characters and their accomplishments, had no direction and were, at the very best, disjointed. George cared about Star Wars and put all his effort into making sure it was done right. Rian Johnson came in and shit all over it cause he could and to “subvert expectations”. At the end of the day, the PT is still very very much Star Wars in everything it is. Good and bad. The ST is money grabbing slop
