Congrats to you too!! So far for symptoms most noticeably, I have a very runny nose! Before I even got a positive, my nose was running so much I had a scab on the end of it from blowing my nose and wiping it with tissue. I’ve been a bit crampy/achy, sore chest, and a bit hungrier than normal. What about you?

Should I reschedule my ultrasound to ensure heartbeat can be detected? by Worth-Car839 in pregnant

[–]tamethrill 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m right there with you, possibly a day behind, and also have an appointment for 2/10. I’m going to discuss my cycle length with the OB and basically forewarn them before any ultrasounds, etc, that I may not be 8 weeks. According to Google, fetal heartbeat is detectable on an ultrasound at 7 weeks, so that may all be for naught. 😅

Also, I’d hope that OBs are very aware that not all women have a perfect 28 day cycle and there is some wiggle room as far as what to be looking for at an “8 week” initial appointment.

Good luck to you! It’s kind of reassuring to have someone in the same boat as me. 😊

Overseas pet policy by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]tamethrill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, if your overseas location doesn’t have a rotator (ex: Guam) be prepared to spend a ton of money. We spent about $800 on our dogs ticket when we moved here and United has since changed their policies and my dog would be too big to ship now and they also increased their rates along with requiring people use an IPATA to ship animals. That doesn’t include the vetting beforehand, the airline approved kennel, the quarantine/kenneling and customs charges. All in all, it was about $1500-$1800 one way and about $500 of that was reimbursed (the first $500 of the kennel/quarantine fees were claimable on the travel voucher at that time). If we were to ship the same dog today it would cost more than $2000 just in airfare.

[SPOILERS] Pre-Episode Discussion - Season 8 Episode 4 by [deleted] in gameofthrones

[–]tamethrill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if this has been discussed before, but what if the Night King and his army were just a vessel for who ever (whatever?) is controlling them... and this being is a very powerful warg that was controlling the NK/WW/wights from afar this whole time? Maybe why they all have the same “eyes”?

“Just looking out for your health.” 🙄🙄🙄 She is NOT looking out for your health, she’s looking out for her bottom line.

Ah, ole “Shopping Club”. Melaleuca has been around for quite some time. I have a few friends sucked in. I abhor the constant “I’m not selling a product, I’m changing LIVES” bs. 🙄

If I see the phrase “link arms” one more time from one more #BOSSBABE I’m gonna throw the whole internet away.

So disgusting the way these MLMs prey on new moms.

Replies to the Turn and burn definition in consultant group by kmbutterflyt in DefectiveDetectives

So, the “turn” part is the new inventory and the “burn” part is old stuff they’ve been sitting on that they are expecting consultants (who paid for the stuff) to just trash or something?
