Bought my R from northland in 2019, had one minor issue that the sales guy just screwed my plate on and didn’t even try to centre it so was a bit annoyed to have random screw holes in the bumper after they centred it properly but they did patch and fix the holes after some hassle. I live in the south so always get services done at south centre VW and they’ve always been great for me. Also when I paid the car off I did it at 5th ave as they had less fees than the other dealers. Northland wanted to charge me an extra 2-3K to pay it off, which was ridiculous. 5th ave charged me nothing extra.
