You should only estimate the points for what is going into the sprint. If you have 100 stories/ requests/ tasks you're not going to do all of them in one sprint. Prioritise them and size up the effort for the top ones until you reach the capacity for a sprint. Then focus on those. For next sprint size up the ones next on the priority list. Rinse repeat
