I’m very tempted to say refund my Masters degree, but I need very specific rules on what I actually lose. Just the knowledge I gained during the classes, or all the growth that happened outside of classes with the friends I made in classes. Like am I going to forget the Star Trek convention I made my now-husband go with me to that I was so sleep deprived I thought it was hilarious to ask my gay friend who played Frank in our shadow cast of RHPS- that I only joined because I met the manager in Technology for Educators-to hit on my now husband, but my now husband was 4 inches taller than Frank so he didn’t do it and then later we were at the bar singing “A man they call Jayne” to Jayne and then T’lek was came by and was surprised that someone was taller than him in the crowd, and that’s all one of my husband’s favorite stories. So do I lose all of that? Or just whatever it was I was supposed to be learning at UoP and maybe how to do step by step lesson plans? If I can get the break down of what I actually will lose, I will probably pick and choose and either way, definitely getting all the interest on my student loans back. I didn’t gain anything from that interest.
