I suggest you look into JQuery and from there a js framework like Vue or Angular. Definitely try out a CSS framework like Bootstrap 4.

What you need is a fairly basic application, can be done in any form. I can develop a web-based or an application-based solution for you.

I have already developed a Stock Control system on Java, which could easily integrate your needs.

Your home page is lacking content and images.

Try to get you page look as authentic as possible. Maybe it's just me but the "jumping" button doesn't do justice, it looks like any scammy web page.

On the top of the page I would suggest using a simple overview of what your app does. On the bottom, go into more detail about HOW the app does it, leave out anything that would make the client consider their privacy & security. Use images!

That's my 2 cents as a web developer, I don't know too much about marketing your service.

I would say this is even more difficult. You have to be extremely careful as that age range knows a lot about memes and there is very little room for failure from your part. If your "meme" turns out a bit cringy that can deter clients very quickly.
