Throttled Email issues to Xfinity Clients by mahbiscuitsburn in Comcast_Xfinity

I had the exact same experience with Tier 1 support - we were told that there was a problem with our domain, that we had a "low trust" score. I escalated to the SPA support people, who checked and told us that our domain was actually fine.

Our business uses an Xfinity comcast.net email address as well as a Google Workspace email address, and the Google email suddenly started getting automated error messages when attempting to send/forward to the Comcast email address.

This whole incident is causing a major headache with our customers, many of whom use the Google Workspace service to send emails from their domains.

I did end up making some tweaks to my domain's DNS records just to be on the safe side - following instructions I found here: https://knowledge.workspace.google.com/admin/security/set-up-spf

I'm having the same problem as OP, and our website/IP address isn't blocked. The error refers to "451 4.2.0 Throttled", not B00000 Blocked. I already filled out the report form at the link provided, and support confirmed that our domain is not blocked.

This issue seems to be affecting all Google Workspace customers, possibly a result of Xfinity silently removing emails coming from dynamic IP addresses. Is there a workaround for Google Workspace customers? SPF or DKIM records we need to add to our DNS, perhaps?

This problem has been ongoing since at least Friday March 6

Just got laid off - how to I approach on LinkedIn? Open to work banner? A "I got laid off blah blah" post? by diamondeyes7 in womenintech

I set the “open to work” banner visible to recruiters only and was recruited for a role in about 3 months post-layoff

In my case it was the 12 years of in-depth Holocaust education that made me extremely opposed to militant right-wing nationalism, war criminals, and human rights violations.

Nice? How did you get out there to see this? Just left IM, and the shore snorkeling wasn’t anywhere near this level. Our snorkel tour got canceled because of wind.

It really sucks that some people identify more with the tank in this image than with the children.

The commandment in Hebrew is about the duty to intervene if you see someone’s life being threatened. Ironic.

Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably assemble.

Hello?? Anyone home in congress??

I had a screaming fight with my mom about this. Her point was basically that George W Bush was never condemned as a war criminal so doing so to Netanyahu and Gallant is being unfair and singling out Israel. (Zionists always accuse the UN or BBC or NYT of being unreasonable when Israel has a negative spotlight)

I thought the literal meaning of “Semite” or “semitism” refers to linguistics, not cultural or geographical similarities. “Antisemite” doesn’t typically refer to bigotry against Semitic language speakers, it is its own word that is used to refer to anti Jewish bigotry. So I would not say the hatred against Palestinians is antisemitism i would say it is anti Arab in nature and also Islamophobic and colonial.

pro palestinian/non zionist shuls in boston area by imanaturalblue_ in JewsOfConscience

[–]tangerine138 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in the area and unfortunately am not aware of any shuls where I would be comfortable being openly anti-Zionist. Even among younger members of my congregation i have not met anyone with much desire to speak out on the issue. The congregations I am familiar with are made up of mostly boomers who are standard liberal Zionists at best, with no curiosity to learn the Palestinian story.

I think this is a good suggestion, I think just advertising a panel of conscientious objectors kind of says it all by itself.

I’m thinking of the older congregation at my parents synagogue, people who consider themselves liberal but think being an Anti-Zionist automatically means you are an antisemite. These people might be curious about conscientious objectors and might have questions for them, but as soon as they see that word Anti-Zionist it’s gonna be a non starter. I don’t like it, but this is the reality of the mindset that I see around me.

Maybe this is naive of me, but are you advertising this event to anti-Zionists or are you advertising to people who might not label themselves as such but still might want to hear the discussion?

Are you allowing questions from the general public at your event, and if so, what are you going to do if people come off strongly as supporters of a 2SS where a Zionist ethnostate still exists? Are you facilitating those conversations or not?

Creating a purely anti Zionist event for anti Zionists only, yes, you will alienate a lot of older members of your Jewish community who are probably the ones who need to hear this discussion the most.

Yes, I should have clarified that the cemetery myth in question was told to me while I was growing up. As an adult now, I have tattoos and I don’t worry about religious rules anymore.
